What is the Women's Hormone Health Certification Program?

This certification program is an immersive group experience that’s designed to transform you into a more knowledgeable and confident practitioner in just SEVEN months.

It provides in-depth education on everything from women’s hormone health and menstrual cycle theory, to case studies and practical application of your skills, and specific condition-related protocols along with very important mindset shifts and confidence building to help you create a thriving women’s health practice.

Nicole and her team of experts will teach you everything they know about women’s health including hormones, periods, fertility, perimenopause and conditions like endometriosis and PCOS, while simultaneously holding your hand as you start to create the business of your dreams!

The Women’s Hormone Health Certification is part hormone health/cycle training, part mastermind, part mentorship.

It isn’t just a program. It’s a movement.

How Does the Program Work?

The program combines 12 modules with over 30 hours of invaluable content, along with multiple live, interactive group teaching calls with Nicole, and numerous guest teachers. It’s structured so that there are one to two 60-90 minute calls each week, so there are about 4-5 calls each month. There is a LOT of guidance, mentorship and support from Nicole and her team!

Everything is taught from a foundational perspective, so you never feel confused or behind–like, you’re on step 5 but feel like you somehow missed steps 1-4! You will receive a certification at the end of the program once you have passed all of the module tests and a two-part final assessment.

The Women’s Hormone Health Certification Program is a 7-month live group program and it is divided into multiple semesters. It’s structured so that there are one to two 60 to 90 minute calls each week, so generally speaking there will be 4-5 calls a month.

At the beginning of each month, two modules will be released which will take you 2-4 hours to go through.

So you’re looking at 2 – 3 hours a week depending on whether we have a module released that week and how long the teaching call(s) last for.

Due to the hecticness of the holiday season, calls will be reduced in December and new modules will not be released in January to allow you time to catch up on the content post-holiday season.

The program will start the first week of October with a kickoff call on Wednesday, October 2nd at 3 PM ET.

Calls will be held weekly on Wednesdays at either 12 PM EST or 3 PM EST (New York Time), with additional calls occasionally on Thursdays at either 12 PM EST or 4 PM EST. The call schedule will be released once you sign up for the program.

Call recordings will be uploaded to the program portal within 4-6 hours of each call’s completion in case you’re unable to join us live.

If you are in a country where your time zone doesn’t allow you to be on the calls live, you can still participate in the program. You are required to watch the replays within 24 hours of the live call time so you can stay up to date and involved in the content, and engage in the Facebook group.

At the end of each module you’ll be required to take and pass a test, and then at the end of the program you will be required to complete a two-part final exam that demonstrates your comprehensive knowledge of the material taught throughout the program.

By completing the program and passing the final exam you will unlock opportunities exclusive to our certified alumni including your inclusion in the Institute for Menstrual Health’s directory of trained and certified women’s hormonal health experts, exclusive continuing education opportunities for alumni and so much more.

The Women’s Hormone Health Certification Program has been approved for 36 CEs (Continuing Education Credits) through NBHWC (The National Board For Health & Wellness Coaching) for certified health coaches – Provider #CEA-000505-1.

If you are looking for credits through a different organization, you may be able to use our course curriculum to apply for accreditation within your institute/association. In a case like this, you’ll likely have to fill out and submit some forms, along with the course curriculum, and a letter from the program signing off on your completion which we would be more than happy to provide.

There are no specific training prerequisites for this certification program. However, Nicole recommends that you have either completed a training program or are in the process of completing a training program like a health coach certification, nutrition certification or something related to health and wellness. We’ll consider unique circumstances on an individual basis, so don’t be deterred!

In the past we’ve had multiple people share the concern that they don’t have a science background, so they’re not sure if they should even apply but I’ve designed the program to meet everyone where they’re at. I teach you the basic stuff all the way to the complex stuff so that you can take what resonates and leave the rest for now.

You’ll have access to the program’s content on an ongoing basis so you can absolutely refer back to it as you progress in your business and your education.

Don’t let your fears deter you. Nicole created this program for precisely that reason – so you can put your fears aside and move forward with your dreams.

What is the difference between this program and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute program?

There are quite a few differences between the IWHI Health Coaching Certification Program and the Women’s Hormone Health Certification program. The first is that IWHI’s program is a health coaching certification, whereas this program is a knowledge-based certification program. If you’re looking for a coaching certification, then the IWHI Health Coaching Certification program would be it. If you’re looking for in-depth information and teachings on women’s hormonal health, then the Women’s Hormone Health Certification program may be a better option.

This program is structured differently with a major focus on menstrual and hormonal health. Due to the nature of the content there is some overlap, but generally speaking, this is an up to date, science backed program that will be a deep dive into women’s hormone health and menstrual cycles. There is also a business building and mindset component led by various hand picked experts to help you jumpstart or up-level your business, wherever you are on your  journey.

What is the difference between this program and The Hormone Health Training Program through IIN?

There are quite a few differences between the Women’s Hormone Health Certification Program and the program through IIN. The main difference is that this program is run live over the course of seven months where you’ll be able to connect with fellow program participants, work collaboratively to build your confidence and motivation and tap into all of Nicole’s and the guest expert teachers’ knowledge LIVE!

The IIN program was written in 2016 and we’re not sure how much it has been updated or when those updates were made. This program is completely up to date from a scientific perspective and is structured completely differently with a major focus on menstrual and hormonal health. Due to the nature of the content there is some overlap, but generally speaking, this is an up to date, science backed program that will be a deep dive into women’s hormone health!
