Live Calls & Peer Practice

How Is the Course Delivered?

The program combines recorded lessons you watch on your own schedule with live calls and coaching practice alongside your cohort, from November 2026 to April 2027.

8

Program Modules

Each module has 3 to 7 recorded lessons with Kate, reflection questions after every lesson, a wrap-up for every module, and practice-ready templates and reference cards to use with your own clients.

2–3

Live Calls a Month

60 to 90 minutes each, on Tuesdays, at alternating times so more time zones can join live. Every call is interactive, and every call is recorded after it's delivered live.

Peer

Coaching Practice

Coach and be coached by your fellow students, and get feedback as you build your own coaching voice.

30

From Your Own Cycle

to Your Own Practice

Lessons

  1. Lesson 1: Why This Work MattersWhere menstrual shame comes from, the cultural history behind it, and why understanding your body is a form of advocacy. What Menstrual Cycle Awareness is, why it works as a coaching framework, and how to talk about the cycle with someone who never has.
  2. Lesson 2: Tracking the CycleWhy only about one in eight cycles is actually 28 days. Four ways to track (biomarkers, symptoms, the two-word check-in, and physical, mental, emotional and energetic check-ins), and how to support a client who has never tracked anything about her body.
  3. Lesson 3: Cyclical Frameworks for Embodied ConnectionThe seasons, the moon, archetypes and the elements as ways to connect with each phase. What each framework offers, where it falls short, and how to choose the one that fits the woman in front of you.
  4. Lesson 4: Special Considerations & Deepening Cyclical WorkWhat a normal cycle really looks like across women, ages and life stages. The gifts and shadows of each phase, the five chambers of menstruation, cycles within cycles, and how to work with irregular or absent cycles.
  5. Lesson 5: Caring for the CycleRest as biology, the role of pleasure, and self-care that responds to where you are in your cycle. Cyclical productivity for women who resist the word rest, and building your own Monthly Map.

What You'll Be Able to Do

  • Understand where menstrual shame comes from, and why body literacy matters when women advocate for themselves with doctors
  • Track your own cycle with four different methods, and help a client who has never tracked start from zero
  • Use the seasons, the moon, archetypes and the elements as reflective tools, not rules
  • Treat rest and cyclical self-care as strategy, starting with your own Monthly Map

Enrollment is open until November 6. The first cohort is limited to 30 students.

Where Theory Becomes Practice

5 calls

Content Teaching Calls

These calls take you deeper into key topics from that month’s modules, then give you the chance to put the skill to work. You’ll be partnered with another student to practice the coaching skill being explored and receive feedback from your practice partner. It’s one of the most direct ways to build confidence in applying what you’re learning.

3 calls

Coaching Integration Calls

Each Coaching Integration Call welcomes an established coach as a guest speaker. They’ll share the knowledge, experience, and techniques behind a specific coaching skill they’ve developed in their own practice. These calls widen your perspective beyond a single teaching voice, so you can see how experienced coaches approach this work and consider what you want to bring into your own.

Optional

Office Hours

Office Hours give you space to bring your questions about the module content released that month. Maybe a concept didn’t quite land, or you’re wondering how it applies to a client situation you have in mind. This is your time to ask, get clarification, and leave feeling clearer about the material. Office Hours are optional, so you can join whenever you’d like extra support, with no formal teaching or skills practice to keep up with.

5 sessions · Required

Peer Practice

You can study a coaching conversation, but holding one is a different experience. At the end of your first month, you’ll be partnered with another student, and the two of you will arrange five practice sessions at times that work for you both. Each session focuses on an assigned coaching skill. You’ll each take a turn in the coach’s chair, then reflect on the experience together. All five sessions are required for certification.

To graduate, attend at least 6 of the 8 Content Teaching and Coaching Integration Calls. Office Hours are optional, and all five Peer Practice sessions are required.

Ready for the Clients You'll Actually Meet

Real clients rarely read like the textbook. The program covers the diagnoses, life stages and personalities women's health coaches see most, and how to coach each one within your scope.
