OUR ORGIN STORY

Founded in Response to A Growing Need

The Institute for Menstrual Health was founded in response to a growing need –  Practitioners around the world were seeking deeper, more accurate, and more applicable knowledge of menstrual and hormone health.

Nicole saw that conventional education frequently overlooked menstrual physiology or addressed it in superficial ways that didn’t reflect the real experiences of clients. She began developing an integrative framework that blended functional nutrition, cycle tracking, endocrine science, and practical coaching tools. What started as mentorship evolved into a full certification. Since then, the IMH has grown into a global training institution with alumni in more than 60 countries.

LOOKING AHEAD

A Growing Ecosystem of Practitioner Education

In the coming years, the Institute of Menstrual Health will expand beyond its core certification into advanced specialty tracks, continuing education, and a wider faculty of experts who deepen the curriculum.

Graduates will connect through the international practitioner directory, community events, case clinics, and collaborative learning spaces that strengthen their work and amplify their impact. Partnerships with clinics and wellness organizations will bring the Institute of Menstrual Health’s methodologies into more professional settings, while digital tools and client resources help practitioners deliver even greater value in their own practices.

Ultimately, the Institute of Menstrual Health will grow into a vibrant, multi-layered platform and one that continues to evolve, diversify, and reach more people worldwide, ensuring menstrual and hormone health education becomes accessible, respected, and truly transformative.
